Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and was raised within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she currently lives at Los Angeles. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997, she received a bachelor's diploma in fine arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's in Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders was involved in a romantic relationship to Matt LeBlanc (whom she met on the set of Joey), her ex-costar of the show that was cancelled. The director's brother is Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). Anders was in the theatre at the age of 2001. She was a understudy of Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and also later played the part of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. In addition to On the Jump, New Doors in the Guthrie Theater and New World Rhapsody, she was also on the Arena Stage in On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater. Anders first appeared on stage in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig, which closed its doors on July 1 in 2007, had Anders in the role of Jeannie a accountant. One of Anders debut TV appearances was in an advertisement for Dannon which ran through the 90s, and again after 2006. Anders is a member of Joey in the roles of Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. In both instances she was on all the episodes but the shows were ended up being cancelled. Anders made guest appearances on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. Anders was featured five times on an episode of HBO's Oz series in the year 2003. She played Heather Degenhart and Brandy on The Stepford Wives. Anders has also been seen on Numb3rs in 2008. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled TV pilots. Spellbound, News To Me. Anders his most recent appearance was Better Off Ted. This is a work-related comedy that uses one camera, scripted by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
